Trial and introductory offers

You may have the opportunity to try one of our subscription-based premium services with a free trial or an introductory offer for less than fifteen days before you decide to subscribe fully. You can only use one free trial or introductory offer per household per service. This means that if you have previously subscribed to a service, cancelled and then subscribed again, you will not be eligible for a refund for any cancellations. The CoreQuant has the right to terminate the subscription and membership of anyone in The CoreQuant's community who, in our opinion, has breached this policy. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, we will charge the credit or debit card you provided during the sign-up process. You agree to pay the relevant subscription fee.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The CoreQuant, and its parent, agents, affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders and employees from and against any action, claim, proceedings, liability, cost, damage or loss we may suffer (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) as a result of any material you post on our forum or any breach by you of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

The CoreQuant does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the news, information, or other content found on our website, or its suitability for any specific purpose. Complaint handling

If you have a complaint about one of our premium products and services, you should contact us at contact@thecorequant.com, with full details of your complaint. The CoreQuant will try to resolve your complaint as soon as possible and inform you of the result of our investigation. We will notify you as soon as possible, but within eight weeks at the latest.

General information

Unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, this agreement does not create any rights for third parties.

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. You agree that the English courts will resolve any dispute between you and us regarding them or the website unless you live in a part of the United Kingdom other than England or Wales, in which case the law of that part of the United Kingdom will apply. The dispute will be resolved by the courts there. In any competent court, we may also take legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.
